Take Regular Screen Breaks

You don’t have to stop using electronics to protect your eyesight, but limiting your use helps. If you have to use screens, make sure to take breaks regularly. Get up and look at something that’s at least 20 yards away, preferably outside. Look around for 3 minutes before going back to your device. Turn blue light off on your devices or invest in a pair of glasses that screens out blue light.
Eat a Diet High in Vitamins A, C, and E

Always Use Clean Lenses
Anyone who has glasses needs to make sure they always have clean lenses. Otherwise, putting on a pair of dirty lenses spreads infections quickly.
For a low-maintenance experience, try a set of rimless reading glasses. Most people find that they feel comfortable wearing them. Plus, it’s relatively easy to keep them clean and prevent the spread of germs.
This goes the same for anyone wearing contact lenses. Put them in a case filled with saline at the end of each night. Putting them in there helps to prevent protein buildup, protecting the eyes.
