 The Yoga & Wellness Experience
You roll your yoga mat out on the fresh green grass as the early morning sunshine
streams through the surrounding trees and warmth radiates you from the
inside out. You attune to the chorus of tropical birds, as they serenade
you.
It's time for the 6,000 year old practice of yoga and what better place
to practice than with other Hawaiian Island vacation guests on the magical
island of Maui?
The Yoga & Wellness Experience is an important part of your Hawaiian
Island vacation.
Your day will begin with an early morning yoga class by a qualified
yoga instructor who will take you through a journey of poses that complement
the muscles used in surfing. Your instructor will also blend yoga postures
and surfing moves on dry land so that when you reach the warm ocean
water, your body will already have a sense of what to do on your surfboard.
You'll also receive a 'surfboard pose of the day': a yoga pose that
you can do in the water while you are waiting for the next set to roll
in. Our yoga program continues with an afternoon flow class which will
invigorate you for the rest of your day.
What else can I expect?
During the week, you will be pampered with a massage by a licensed
massage therapist who will have you feeling nothing less than wonderful.
Your Hawaiian Islands vacation will also provide informative and educational
wellness workshops to attend, like meditation and sacred circles.
We aim to have you feeling as if you don't need to go on another Hawaiian
Islands vacation to recoup from your vacation. You will return home
feeling refreshed and inspired for growth and renewal.
