Booking Policy:
It is advisable to make your reservations as early as possible to secure your space. Prices do not include airfare and we strongly urge you to confirm availability prior to purchasing your airline ticket. All dates are travel dates. The first date is your arrival day and the last date is your departure date. MasterCard, Visa, checks, and money orders are accepted. Please make checks payable to: SwellWomen, LLC and mail them to SwellWomen, LLC PO Box 1294 Puunene, HI 96784. $500 reserves your space. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to arrival or you must pay in full 60 days in advance to receive your early registration discount. Please refer to cancellation policy for any changes or cancellations. Guest's roommates are not permitted. After payment has been received you will be notified by e-mail and will receive additional information regarding your Experience prior to your departure.

Travel and Flight Policies:
Please book your flights to and from the Kahalui Airport (OGG) in Maui to arrive on the first posted Experience date and to depart on the last posted experience date. Ground Transportation will be provided to you on these days only and from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. If you miss the transportation that is provided for you for any reason including flight delays, earlier or later departure, etc… ground transportation via shuttle or taxi will be at your own expense. Final booking of your flight is not required before your registration.

Cancellation Policy:
Below are the guidelines if you must cancel your Surf and Yoga Experience:
We do offer cash or credit card refunds. If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined accordingly: If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to the Experience start date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $500.00. If you cancel your reservation 15-29 days prior to the Experience start date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of all payments received including your deposit. If you cancel your reservation within 0-14 days of the start date, you will forfeit 100% of all payments received including your deposit. All remaining balances will be refunded back to your credit card if paid by credit card or by check. There are no discounts for arriving late or leaving an Experience early. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, hospitalization, business emergencies, personal/family emergencies or personal/family illnesses. SwellWomen highly recommends purchasing Travel Protection Insurance through your travel agent. Travel protection insurance is used for any unexpected additional travel expenses that may occur before, during or after your trip. If SwellWomen must cancel an Experience, all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement. You may reschedule, with no penalty and go on another Experience within one calendar year. SwellWomen is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness, etc...
Guests who fail to provide personal information and signed "Release of Liability and Assumption of All Risks" forms prior to their departure will not be allowed to join the Experience. Furthermore, the above cancellation policy will apply.
